AMSTERDAM, January 15 — Quacker today released the Q4 2025 attestation report, prepared by KPMQ LLP, confirming 45,382 mallards held under custody across 14 ponds in 6 jurisdictions, an increase of 5.0% from the prior quarter.

Total assets under custody rose to $2.34 billion. The strong Q4 recovery demonstrates the resilience of Quacker’s operations following the biosecurity event at Pond #6 and reflects sustained demand for audited, tokenized waterfowl exposure throughout 2025.

The full-year growth from Q4 2024 (41,608 mallards) to Q4 2025 (45,382 mallards) represents 9.1% expansion in audited reserves. The Custody Subcommittee continues to monitor expansion opportunities and governance proposals, including QIP-0042 currently before QuackerDAO.

Quacker Reports 43,205 Mallards Under Custody Following Transient Biosecurity Event; Q3 2025 Attestation Released

Audited reserves decline 1.6% quarter-over-quarter due to November biosecurity event at Pond #6; all other facilities remain operational.

AARHUS, October 15 — Quacker today released the Q3 2025 attestation report, prepared by KPMQ LLP, confirming 43,205 mallards held under custody across 14 ponds in 6 jurisdictions. The quarter-over-quarter decline of 1.6% reflects a transient biosecurity event affecting Pond #6 (Christchurch, NZ) in November 2025.

The biosecurity incident was managed swiftly in coordination with local environmental authorities. Affected reserves were quarantined, treated, and released over a two-week remediation period. No systemic failures were identified, and all other facilities continued normal operations during the incident.

Total assets under custody stood at $2.23 billion. The Custody Subcommittee has implemented additional monitoring protocols at the affected facility to prevent recurrence and will incorporate biosecurity incident reporting into future attestations.
