Chief Executive Officer
Eleanor Pinkerton serves as Chief Executive Officer and leads overall strategy and operations for Quacker. She joined from JPM Custody, where she directed institutional custodial services and infrastructure for corporate clients globally. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University.
Chief Compliance Officer
Harriet Vandermeer serves as Chief Compliance Officer and oversees regulatory affairs, legal compliance, and risk management. She joined Quacker from Brown Brothers Harriman, where she led compliance for asset custody and administration services across multiple jurisdictions. She holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a bachelor's degree in government from Dartmouth College.

Priya Srinivasan serves as Chief Financial Officer and manages financial planning, reporting, and capital strategy. She joined Quacker from Goldman Sachs, where she led financial analysis and control frameworks for the institutional prime services division. She holds a CFA charter, an MBA from Wharton, and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

Marcus Haldane serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing daily operations, technology infrastructure, and process optimization. He joined Quacker from BNY Mellon, where he managed operations for multiple custody centers and led digital transformation initiatives. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from MIT and serves as a frequent speaker on financial technology modernization.
Head of Custody Operations
Beatrix Mallard leads custody operations across the protocol's 14 facilities. She joined Quacker in 2024 from Northern Trust, where she oversaw alternative-asset custody for institutional clients across EMEA. She holds a CFA charter and a master's in actuarial science from the University of Amsterdam.
Deputy Head of Custody Operations
David Fitzgerald serves as Deputy Head of Custody Operations and supports the leadership and expansion of custody services. He joined Quacker from Maples Group, where he oversaw custody operations for alternative funds across Caribbean jurisdictions. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Dublin and is pursuing professional certification in custody and settlement.
General Counsel
Sarah Okonkwo serves as General Counsel and manages legal affairs, contract negotiations, and regulatory documentation. She joined Quacker from Linklaters, where she advised on financial services regulation and custody infrastructure for institutional clients across Europe and Asia. She holds a JD from Cambridge University and a bachelor's degree in law from Oxford University.
Board Advisor
Robert Trent serves as Board Advisor and provides strategic guidance on financial systems, monetary policy, and custody infrastructure. He retired from the Federal Reserve after a 25-year career in systemic financial operations and settlement systems. He holds a PhD in economics from MIT and is a Visiting Scholar at the University of Chicago's business school.
